Job Responsibilities
- Design and execute animations, transitions, and visual effects that enhance the overall impact and visual appeal of motion graphics.
- Brainstorm and explore creative solutions that effectively communicate key messages and enhance storytelling through motion.
- Create motion graphics suitable for various mediums, including video advertisements, social media platforms, presentations, and other digital platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end production process of advertising campaigns, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of resources.
- Work closely with creative teams, including copywriters, art directors, and designers, to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
- Identify and select external vendors, such as production houses, directors, photographers, and post-production companies, based on project requirements and budget considerations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience as an Agency Producer or similar role in an advertising agency or production company.
- Proficiency in motion graphics software and tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc
- 1+ years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer
